Article - Senate Passes Dodd Reform Bill, 59-39 (Update on 151A)

News on the Dodd Reform Bill (which has an amendment to overturn 151A) has passed a Senate vote. The next step is to combine a version of this bill with one passed by the House in December. Looks like a step in the right direction for those trying to get 151A overturned, although AARP has opposed the amendment (S 3920) to overturn 151A in a letter sent May 19th to the Senate, stay tuned...
